This book was really transformative for me. It showed me the mindset that great athletes and trainers take when attacking tasks. We tend to think that results just come in life, but this book showed the grind that it takes to be a champion. The focus mentally that it takes. The hard work that must be put in. It also discussed the concepts of maximizing your minutes.
This is a must read for more people than just athletes as I feel these concepts could carry over to other areas of life.
